2005 330Ci ZHP

Hello my friends! I've enjoyed all the years I've been on this forum, and now I'm looking to sell my beloved 330Ci. 114,000 miles, EXCELLENT condition!! Asking $16,500.

Options:
ZHP
Cold Weather Pkg
Nav System
Adaptive Xenon Headlamps

This is a fantastic car and I still love it completely. After 7 years, I've finally decided it might be time for something new.

I'm the original owner, with a free and clear title in hand.

Questions? Fire away! Vehicle location is San Antonio, TX.

Beautiful color. You may find that people say your price is a tad high with the mileage. Either way GLWS.

Thank you! It's been a fantastic car. I'm willing to listen to reason on the price vs miles. I split the difference between NADA and KBB values to arrive at that number, but I definitely recognize there is an abundance of expertise on this forum to help steer me in the right direction.

KBB and NADA are thrown out the window in most cases these days with the economy. You have to start with KBB/NADA and compare your price to similar cars on Craigslist, Autotrader, here, bimmerforums, etc that are actually selling, not sitting around having threads bumped for 2 months. I'd say a better place to start would be $15,000 OBO and be flexible as well as reasonable. Do you have service records? What has been done?

I have the service records, and as most of the service has been done through BMW, the records are available when any dealership scans the key. I change the oil myself (most of the time) and have recently replaced the spark plugs and VCG (with help from the DITY threads on here).

As much as I love reading about the mods on this forum, I've been happy keeping my car perfectly stock. And it's great driving the ZHP.... I've only seen 1 other one since I moved to San Antonio about a year ago, and it was the sedan version (looked REALLY nice, too).

FYI, E46's don't store any sort of maintenance history in the key. That's e9x's that your thinking of.

Hmmmm interesting.... First thing the dealership does is insert my key into their reader and bring up the mx history. If the history isn't stored on the key itself, it must be stored in a BMWNA database & the key simply directs them to my car's specific record.

Same net effect, I suppose.

Thats correct. The key stores your Vin # and mileage.

Thanks! I ordered this car while I was stationed in Germany. Had the good fortune of driving it for 2.5 years there before I moved back to the States. Also means that since I bought it through the Diplomatic/Military Sales Program, I saved enough money to load it out exactly the way I wanted. Sweet!

Oh, and there are a couple differences between this car and the ones sold here (although my car is fully US Spec). The 1st aid kit in the passenger seat is mandatory in Germany, and I don't think the US cars came with it. Also not sure if the warning triangle in the trunk is part of the US line. I'm sure plenty of the experts on here know... Anyway, really minor stuff, but kinda cool.

Very cool indeed! That first aid kit is definitely desired!

First ever post...I am highly interested and would like to speak to you regarding a deposit, an offer and scheduling a Pre-purchase inspection. Please advise on how to proceed. Best Regards.

I think people are too worried about miles sometimes. This range of miles + good maintenance > lower miles and poor maintenance.

GLWS by the way! I'd probably make an offer if only you were in Florida...
