Made it 5 days then failed. I couldnt fall asleep. Tossed and turned for 3 hours... then afterward.. slept like a baby...

On day 3 again. I did feel the benefits but its hard to quit!

unintentionally started again (rough work-days)...

last 2 mornings I've woken up with RAGING hard-ons (and some pretty interesting dreams)...

regardless, I'm on day 8, figured I might as well go all-out. If nothing else, I figure the following dreams can only get more interesting.

Went on for 20 days while I was on vacations in the US, felt great! A significant boost in energy, woke up refreshed and had some interesting dreams!
