Well thats my current situation Havehad limited action since the ex.. Started a dry spell about 3 to 4 weeks ago. I think this no fap challenge will motivate me out of the slump.

Even though most of you guys here say your in. The fight to overcome it will be overwhelming for most to bear. I think we need to start posting up some real advices to overcome it. I myself need some help

My bro, nephew and I all made a bet to see after the 9 months' time that my nephew is deployed in Afghan, who's gonna be in the best shape, cut...etc. They are both bigger then me, I'm skinny, so hopefully the no fap theory will put me in overdrive during work out sessions. I'm motivated! I'll post a before and after pic of my body in 9 months, so you guys can fap to it
