Avocado shakes

Try it before saying anything, I was sketchy about it at first too until I tried it. Good stuff, healthy too. There's a few different type of recipes out there but here's how I made mine

1 whole avocado, try to get every bit of it from inside
2 cups 2% milk
2-3 teaspoon condensed milk
Or you can substitute it with sugar
Cup of ice

Blend all of it and you have yourself an great tasting shake.

makes 2-3 servings

I feel like that would be really tasty if I added strawberries, raspberries or mango.

1/2 avocado

scoop of vanilla whey
some ice cubes

based on googling around it should be decent.

Here it is.

About 1 1/4 cup milk
4 ice cubes
Scoop of vanilla whey
Half and avocado
Handful of frozen mixed berries.

Made two larger glasses

Seeing sollys glass is already half empty by the time he took a picture he must have liked it lol

A friend of mine added some vanilla extract to his shake, so the vanilla whey might have been an good addition.

Avocado shakes are really good. For the gluttonous kind go to your local asian boba tea shop and ask if they use fresh fresh in their avocado shake. If so, it's very good.

Something else that's good in a shake that wouldn't sound too great by itself is also taro.

I've had an avocado shake before and it was nasty. It was like drinking a smoothie made from 50% mayonnaise.

Anybody tried one with celery?

I like salt on raw avocado, and celery adds a salty taste when making juices or smoothies.
