Do you have the missing grommet/spacer? Does that crack in the mounting hole render it useless?

Dont have the grommet. Mount a spacer and use existing bolt and it will bolt right up, will not effect it in anyway.

interested in this. want to change my 330i's CAI back to stock box.
The crack worries me.
BTW, is this box complete? seems I also need this to change back to the stock set up. Is this included in your sale? or do you have it that can sell together?

Its complete minus the air filter and seal. Crack is just cosmetic. I can see if i have intake you mentioned also.
