Need help with Parrot 3200LS color install

Hi Fanatics. I just bought a used Parrot 3200LS color bluetooth integration kit, that was previously installed in an E46 (it was hardwired ). Doing some research I ordered the Parrot-recommended ISO harness integration cable called QuickConnect ($90), as I want the installation to be done properly using plug and play and no/minimal splicing.
When my cable arrived I took the dash trim off, removed the BM53 Business CD head, etc - but after closer inspection I noticed the original Parrot harness had been cut (some wires folded back and taped over, some new wires and some relay was spliced in). It turns out my plug-and-play installed came to an abrupt halt - Quickconnect needs to connect to the 3200 factory harness - one of the oem parrot connectors is missing and was cutoff by the previous hard-wired butcher/installer.
The other connectors are still there, e.g. the main connector to the head unit (round pins) and a couple of others intact but I have to re-attach a few wires to matching color codes.

Any ideas how I can finish the install? e.g. where would the two +12V red lead and +12V ignition lead be connected? I would assume these leads could splice into my quickconnect cable leads?

Thanks in advance.

Guys, no one replied but I figured it out after much research.

I downloaded the schematics from Parrot UK, and purchased the Quickconnect cable from ACS.
Then I went wire by wire and soldered together any wires that were cutoff and had no connector, into the quickconnect wiring. Some colours do not match between factory cable and quickconnect so be warned.

Never modified any OEM wiring - it all works now once the re-splicing was done and following the diy.
Its too bad the Quickconnect harness was a short extension to the Parrot harness and not a complete replacement - that would have been much easier to just toss the butchered harness and replace it with a new parrot/ISO adapter harness.
