My 2001 325i

Just got this car last week. I have tons of plans for it. Planning on getting the M3 bumper painted when the weather warms up. I already installed LEDs all through the interior. This is my first car I've ever owned and I'm liking it a lot.

Welcome.
Manual Trans...good choice.
Do you know the maintenance history? If not assume nothing has been done, and search user e46Mango see his SIG and do it all, at the very least cooling system, and suspension.

Those taillights don't look like they belong on a BMW.

After maintenance, get eagle eyes (taillights) if you want LED.

The amber side markers look odd, as none of the other corners are amber.

Enjoy your first car, what a great first car to have!
Be careful, and Mod the driver first!

Edit: I just noticed the HVAC controls, then went back and looked for a sunroof, am I right that this car has no sunroof?
I have been seeing these base models a bit more frequently lately, I used to never see them.

i plan on getting eagle eyes along with ditching the amber side markers soon as i can. It was maintained by the dealership by the previous owner as needed. I will look into doing those mods you suggested.

OP dont listen to what everyone is saying.. Those tailights are hella dope! But seriously get some R/C/R taillights. I think they look great on black cars!

Yeah these tails look like crap. I'm thinking about nite shading them until I can get new ones. I also need a kit for my halos and to fix the headlight adjuster.

No... as the ol saying goes:

You can spray nightshade on a turd, but its still a turd.

Be patient... better that people see you stopping, than not seeing those eBay taillights.
