TCKline double adjustables
Just installed them with 600fr/700rr springs. So far, I've only had them on full soft for rebound and compression. A little rougher on the street but still very tolerable. But who gives a crap about street driving in this forum so here's my question.
What's a good starting point? Full soft? In the middle? Full hard (that's what she said)? Or is there some known good starting point for a car that is at its stock weight (~3300 lbs w/o driver) with probably a little more front weight bias than stock? |

That's a pretty tough question. I suggest starting in the middle and go either way to see what the car does. It's a good educational tool because you'll need to see what happens when you start adjusting. At the end of the day, it comes down to driver feedback and where the shocks need to be adjusted. If the driver can't give feedback, then it's a guessing game.
Start experimenting and you will learn something which will make you a better driver.

call TC Kline and get their recommendation which I'd guess would be on the stiff side of things, with slightly stiffer in the rear.

They are easy to change since you don't have to pull the rear shocks. Try different settings and decide what you like.

First, don't ever put put them to 'full' soft or hard for rebound. The adjustors can stick and freeze in place. Take at least a 1/8 - 1/4 turn from either extreme when setting the rebound. Send me a PM or email and I will get you a set-up sheet for street and track settings for ride height, camber, toe, caster, rebound and compression.
