I yanked my S4 badge as soon as I got mine. I like the idea of "masking" the sportiest model in a particular range of cars. I yanked the 330Ci off too.

I'm without badge.
The previous owner took off the "323" and left the "ci"...... how gay is that? Needless to say, I had to take off the "ci". I think it looks good though...... a lot cleaner.

Not yet. Still kicking the idea of debadging the bimmer. Had to debadge the A4; it had badges on BOTH sides, half way up on the trunk. The badges stuck out like a sore d!ck. They had to go.

On the 330ci, the badge doesn't bother me so much. I guess it's 'cause I'm used to seeing MBZ, BMW, etc with badges in the upper right hand corner of the trunk.

Debadged!

such a cleaner look! at first the numbers look fine but after you take them off, it'll change the way you look at your rear end

Its funny how in many foreign countries, BMW's don’t actually come with badges on them, its something that has to be specified when ordered. But Americans seam to have a pride issue with there class. That is why I think all of our cars come with badges. I personally took mine off for aesthetic reasons.

even if I had an M3 (although I could have w/ the amount of money I've already spent modding my car), I'd still debadge it. It just looks better. Plus, true BMW fanatics and those that know BMWs pretty well will always know the M3s from the rest (i.e. dual exhaust etc.)...it's pretty obvious.

I had my ride debadged, as I love the cleaner lines - not because I want it to look like a 325Ci or even an M3. Purely, because I love the look.

When I drive my car, I drive for my happiness. I have always loved BMW and it's only in the last 2 years that I could even afford a new BMW.

A car looks great with or without a badge - I guess it comes down to personal choice - some do it to fool other s and sometimes get attention. Some do it, as it makes them feel better and some do it for a cleaner bodyline. The latter is me
