It looks okay I guess, but just seems like it's missing something on our e46s. Other certain cars debadged don't look that bad.

You certainly are. I had a '99 323is that was an absolute blast to drive. No matter how I mod the E46, I just can't recapture the driving experience of the E36. If I can save up enough money I just might get another one for a daily driver (330 is currently a weekend car.)

im thinking of doing this too... plus, every fanatic should/will know if you have an m3.. so saying stuff like.. "omg why???" is pointless.. the real badge is the engine, and no one is swapping that.

I've thought about debadging. I like the look of debadging, but I think I'm too insecure about it to. I don't want people to think "Oh he took the badge off his 325 to hide that fact and to make people think it might be a 330." As if there was something wrong with the 325 and I didn't want people to know.
