Do you guys have any tips for removing water spots on leather? I have polish and some quick shine stuff but I haven't used either on these yet.

$25/person for high quality wagyu beef and stuff, all you can eat
there are cheaper places but trust me, this place is the BEST for the money

I've been to oo-kook and honestly did not enjoy it. I've heard a lot of good things so I think I probably just went on an off night. Still, I probably wont go back.

i've been to the majority ... perhaps even almost all ... of the korean bbq places in koreatown
Oo-kook has the best deal
gotta go with the $25/person option to get the best quality meat

It's been a while since I went, but they were out of some meat that I was looking forward to eating. I remember the banchan being good, but I don't recall getting any boricha or a pancake. The bulgogi marinade also tasted strange and the servers were not attentive.

Like I said, I probably just went on an off night.

Honesty, just get a jar of saphir renovaateur and use that, if there is anything that will remove it, along with any other contaminates on the leather, saphir makes the best product. Yea, its $22 plus shipping, but its worth it, it will last you for at least a couple years

Thanks for the suggestions, that Oo-Kook sounds good for lunch... 4/5 stars out of 300+ reviews on yelp is good enough for me. Will definitely check it out. My brother likes sushi, so let me know the best place to go, we'll probably do that Friday night. As for me, I like funky. Anything with a unique cuisine is right up my alley, i eat anything, and the weirder, the better lol.

For sushi, my two favorite places in DTLA are Restaurant Komasa and Sushi Go 55.

Both places are very quaint and humble (Restaurant Komasa can get PACKED, though!). Japanese owned and operated, don't expect to find tons of fancy rolls, but do expect to find awesome quality fish. For somebody like me who only cares for nigiri (and chirashi boxes ), these two places are perfect. I'm not sure if that's what your brother is into.

For brunch, I enjoy Bottega Louie.

As far as something weird.... I can't imagine you guys having too many Persian/Armenian restaurants in RI.

Raffi's Palace in Glendale is my absolute favorite.

A lot of places in Little Tokyo are like that. It's mildly annoying because a lot of places are really popular and the wait can be very long.

Oh, they have spicy tuna. Just don't expect a menu with pages and pages of fancy rolls.

ya thats not my kinda thing, and come to think of it, he is simple with sushi... california roll (gag,) philly roll (gag,) spicy tuna and what not. I'm not too worried about that though, he doesn't have to come. Sushi bars are the few places i actually enjoy going alone just as much as with company.
