robbing with a sword is a good thing

It should because every few weeks, Mr. Lloyd comes in here to criticize everyones taste in clothes, then when someone makes any comments towards him, he posts a picture of Lloyd as a retort. I could set my watch by it, I think, lol.

You ladies got to stop taking everything so personally.

I don't like >75% of the shoes in here because they scream "grandpaw shoes" to me.

Y'all respond with "post up the shoes your wearing right now"....

I live in the gayborhood and it's not even this catty.

Stop taking things so personally, I'm just saying I don't like certain things that get posted in here, its not a jab at you.

Work on that self confidence girl scouts.

I don't take anything personally, nor do I have issues with my self confidence. I just find your overall demeanor to be pretty hilarious.

Relax shithead. I know this is all based off of opinion, or maybe you are just young/immature, however the the style of the shoes that majority of the people in this thread wear are timeless, classic, dress shoes. You can call them grandpa shoes all you want, however it only proves your ignorance. You don't have to like them, but these shoes will never go out of style, ever.

I can show you in many other pics how these shoes perfectly fit a man's wardrobe, whether it be a BB Milano on a 25 year old, or jeans for a casual night, or on an older fossil like Dave (<3)

Don't think we are asking to see what you are wearing to judge you, rather maybe you can learn a thing or two as well as teach. Since the style thread and the beginning of this thread, I think its safe to say that we have all fed off each other, and have given some great advice as far as deals, quality, and just every day suggestions. I suggest you come in here with a different attitude next time. If 75% of the things posted in here is not of your interest, well then 75% of the time you see this thread, you can choose not to click in it

There are parts I do like, the taste in suits, dress shirts, and blazers aren't bad at all.

I don't know what kool-aid you guys are drinking, but can you describe to me how the below shoe is "timeless/classic"?

THESE, however, I agree;

I think everyone is unanimous in the idea that that shoe is ugly because of the leather. That style of boot in a normal leather is a timeless type of shoe.

lol that gray boot is an abortion of footwear. you do realize that there are probably only a dozen or so styles on AE that we all talk about, own, or want, right? out of the other 120+ shoes that they have or whatever...
