just the chukka's or their oxfords/loafers too?

I always need to size up one when buying shoes that are only available in D width.

I tried some on yesterday. I'm down a full size from most of the brands I wear.

For reference, I wear a 10D in AE, 9.5 in Clarks...yes, I know that is a half size, but I wear a 1/2 size down in AE from normal too.

Question: I have a suit which shows about a quarter inch of cuff when my arms are down, but it's more like a half to a full inch when my arms are bent. I'm assuming this is excessive. What did I do wrong?

Just get your arms surgically shortened to fit the jacket.

Anybody wear suspenders with their suits? I have a LOT of issues finding pants that fit right due to the size/shape of my butt/thighs, and pants of thinner materials either fit super snug or have a tendency to slide down.

Assuming I have my jacket on any time that matters, is there any reason I shouldn't try this out?

i don't think i have any pants with the suspender buttons, or else i'd give it a try
(not going to use any "clip-on" suspenders ... i'm not 6 years old anymore)

I used to only wear suspenders with suits. I switched back to belts about a decade ago and haven't really worn them since.

Mostly that I switched exclusively to flat-front pants. Suspenders look best with pleats, IMHO.
