Oh, yeah.

I couldn't sleep, for some reason. It happens periodically.

Oh, cool. Did you get everything on your list, or were some things sold out?

Headed for BB website now.

I have a couple of hoodies, but they are both pullovers. I don't think I've ever had a zip-up hoodie. Neither of mine are nice, though--they're just regular, work-in-the-yard sweatshirts.

I have a casual jacket like this (I guess it would be called a golf/bunker jacket)

http://www.brooksbrothers.com/St-And...s=37&cgid=0222

but I hardly ever wear it anymore. The one I have is Polo, and it only cost me like 80 bucks a bunch of years ago. I can't see spending 300 bucks for one (and it seems like that's the point of entry for all the BB jackets).

"I am a recently divorced man in the midst of a midlife crisis."

"I'm all dressed up for the Nickleback concert."
I agree that sometimes the flashy shirts can be too much, which is why I wear them in extreme moderation and carefully choose which ones I buy. Some RG stuff is just insane, so I tend to get the shirts that are more plain but have a little burst of color to make them pop. I tend to stick with the more conservative options of Thomas Dean these days. Just picked up this shirt in orange a few weeks ago and LOVE it:

I will admit to owning and wearing this (rarely):

Please disregard me looking corny.

I think you draw enough attention with that hair.

Can you at least wear a jacket?

Burn that shirt.
Cut your hair.

Good day, sir.

i chose the BR gingham shirt over the jcrew gingham shirt because i had merch credit at BR
why pay cash, especially for a FINAL SALE item that was still almost $50, when i have credit to spend?
the BR shirt was cheaper with the 40% off one full price item code anyway

now i have $10.10 in credit leftover ...
i bought a couple shirts from BR the month before i became a summer associate at my current job. they looked good in the beginning, but just that summer's worth of laundry cycles completely ruined them. they took on a brittle texture and faded rapidly, almost like they were slowly vaporizing.

also they were a huge pain in the ass to iron (i bought non-iron shirts). i dont think im ever gonna buy BR shirts again

I did cut it.

Me a couple of years ago after a long day at Steeplechase.

I think I've worn that shirt maybe 3x in the last year of owning it.

When I wear a jacket, it's usually this RG sport coat:

If you're in college, I'll let it slide. These are both very college phase looking pictures.

Those 2 were recent grad pictures. I've been out of school for a couple of years now. Definitely have matured my style from those pictures (I look awful in that shorts one, don't I haha)

Hard to believe I've owned that crazy shirt for over 2 years and only worn it 3 times. Well...not really lol.

Accurate depiction of what I normally wear:

Just found out AE is opening up a store here in St. Louis....I'd love a chance to check out a pair of their cordovan shoes since I've never actually handled a pair.

Kill that curly wig. You look like you are in college. The neck beard is not helping either.
I'm usually not so direct, but it seems like your hair completely contradicts your clothing choices.

I can't kill my hair and I love my beard. I'll admit that both need a trim though.

I overdress for my career in non-customer facing IT, so I guess that's part of the reason I don't feel bad with the hair and beard. Most guys I work with wear dandruff as an accessory and consider a hoodie as a jacket.
