Do you guys have any suggestions for a light jacket now that spring is here? Something to wear in the 40s, 50s, and 60s? I grew out of my other one. Thanks

Not bad for the price

I like the looks of it, too.

That's what I bought the blue one I posted for. You could also try j.crew or Land's End.

I don't know if you were able to try it on, but I had to size down when I ordered my Fjallraven jacket. I figured I'd be a medium (like everything else) but I had to get a small. YMMV.

just ordered 4 MTO Epaulet shirts. blue/white OCBD. blue/white Pinpoint cutaway. went to the shop today to get the measurements down. i'm really excited. always so impressed with their quality. at $140, this may be the best value in shirting when factoring in american made, quality of fabric, etc. i'm not one of those people who automatically assume everything is made better in america, quite the opposite, but there is something to be said for buying stuff from countries with labor laws.

i bought a new pair of jeans from unbranded (the bargain version of naked & famous' jeans) and it comes with a 36 inch inseam. i have a 30 inch inseam. i could do 32, but 36 is way too much. any suggestions on how to deal with this? would i mess up the jeans if i got them tailored? i dont particularly like the look of having the cuff rolled up

find a shop that can do chain stitching for hemming jeans

costs about $25 for chain stitching
regular hemming is like $10-15

literally any tailor can do this. go to the cheapest place possible. probably $8. it doesn't need to be a chain stitch. nobody will be looking at your ankles close enough to notice whether its chainstitched or not and $8 is way better than $25.

EDIT: i forget the name but there is a place near orchard and rivington (on rivington), called like "express tailor" or something. they'll do it while you wait. 15 minutes and $10.
