My Ride: my favorite two feet
Agreed brooks has crept up...my 44$ shirts are now 60$

Sigh...Returning another suit I ordered a solid navy blue one but it's so dark it looks black...The quest for the perfect Navy blue suit continues....

Suitsupply is pretty nice
Bought a navy "london" cut suit
42R
Fits really well
I wanted the grey napoli cut but ... pants were too small
the legs were so tight around my thighs

I'm working myself up to pull the trigger on this in Navy...40% off online right now. I really want the Barbour Equestrian Bedale but of course theres no sale on Barbour and I can't see myself dropping $380.

it is just a plain jacket
nothing about it will really stand out
if you are in need of a plain navy wool jacket for a little over $100, then go for it

Do you button it all the way down or like the dude does in the picture? It looks like a civil war uniform if you button it all the way.

I used to be a low end 40R... fitting into some 38R
Now I'm a 42R
Should not have bought so many suits before

Bought the skiff coat. Also a pair of blue chinos and grey cords...both marked down to $30 and then half off at J. Crew.

I'm still undecided on the skiff coat... leaning more toward returning it

I actually really like it. I don't want to wear a peacoat casually and the skiff coat's pretty perfect for me. Plus with gift cards and a huge sale at the store near me I got it and 2 pairs of pants for $16.

i like it but it's just not special enough
i have had several wool jackets like it
not enough to distinguish it from the black Guess jacket i can still wear

i go to mr.ryu at Pro Tailor
8th & Harvard in koreatown
he does good work
prices are fair
turnaround is pretty fast

his english isn't great but you should be able to communicate with him enough to get what you need
i've sent mcrdriver to him and i've seen other non-koreans at the shop getting their stuff tailored
