Shoot it over when you're done and I can look at it, if you want.

Got word today that my authority is getting increased. Now I will almost never have to refer any accounts

Noap!

EDIT: once again as I was doing my Mr. Rogers impression (changing from work to casual) I looked at my stack of sweaters in my walk-in closet and did le sigh. When will fall be here?

Thanks! I have to get my honors and distinctions where I can, since nobody at work is going to do it.

Thank you

Currently, I can write a $3mil policy on a $50mil revenue company with no claims. If it was over any of those amounts, I would have to refer it to another underwriter with the necessary level of authority. Now I'll be able to write a $5mil policy on a $100mil company with 5 claims. This will probably address 90% of what comes across my desk, with the remaining 10% being exceptionally large accounts that can only be approved by the product head.

I primarily do E&O for tech companies and privacy liability for all industries, but I also do D&O (the more common name for directors E&O), employment practices, fiduciary liability, and crime.

We don't do D&O on law firms though (not my call). If you need some input on where to get cover, I might be able to help.

Dave, in honor of your new distinction, I will be sending over a list of those who I'd like banned.

This brings up a good point, as does Ed in reference to the "inner circle of trust." Can I make a motion for YMWDLOM participants to get preferential treatment?

It seems pretty straightforward. I figure I'm on here all day anyway, so I might as well get some dubious perks to go along with it!

Cigar because I don't like the Indy boot. I am not crazy about the cigar shell either, but i appreciate the rarity of the color itself. LWB all day long. I will say tho, the Indy is much nicer in #8 than any other color, but you know me... give me a wingtip boot...
