Keep in mind: I'm wearing these Frankenstrosities today. Yes, that is a stitched-up crack in the leather.

VaderDave, I think I may have asked this before, but any recommendations on the type of pants (outside of jeans) to wear with that BB charcoal herringbone sport coat?

A bee sting below the belt does not sound like a part of a good day

I wear mine with khaki chinos, blue chinos, olive chinos, and blue dress slacks. It's pretty easy to find something that looks good. I think a herringbone jacket is second only to a blue blazer in versatility.

Picked up the loafers from the cobbler this morning (had a Topy applied).

Very pleased with them. Brooks Shoe Service in Chicago is great.

Will know today whether I start a job in sf tomorrow or not
Having two other jobs cancelled really put me in a bind so I am willing to go to sf for the next few months
If I do, I will visit dave on a weekend or something

sarcasm. I think SF is next to NYC in terms of COL. LA is too big to try and pin down as one single COL.
