Replacing High Beam HID Bulb?

What's up everyone! I just recently purchased my 2003 325xi. My passenger side high beam bulb is out. I noticed that I do have a 35W ballast called VVME. Where would be the best place to buy a new pair? I am also open to any other suggestions for both low&high beam lights that would look great/better than the ones I have now. I love the angel eyes but right now I am on a budget.

Thanks again,

Joe

Here's the thing. The previous owner did a very bad thing by putting an HID kit in those headlights. Those headlights are NOT meant to have an HID kit. Either put H7 halogen bulbs back in there or click on projector retrofit in my sig.

Btw, replacing ballasts is not the right way to diagnose the bulb not working. You have to first swap bulbs and see if the issue follows to the other side. If it does then replace the bulbs as a pair, if the bulb still works then replace ballasts (as a pair is best for aftermarket solutions)

HID bulbs are supposed to be in projectors and work like so
