Expected replacements at 200,000 miles?

I've recently gotten a 2002 330Ci and I'm just wondering what are some seriously important things I should go ahead and replace before they start falling apart or breaking? The basic/obvious things have been replaced (such as the tires) but how much longer until bigger deals like the head gasket will need replacing? Or should I just have major things like that replaced before they fail?

Replace the whole cooling system. All of it. Don't be a cheapass or you'll pay for it in the end. Every 60k miles.
Replace all of the suspension bushings. All of them. Every 60k miles for the RTABs, FCAs, FCABs.
Reinforce the body where it mounts to the rear subframe.

Drive it for another 200k miles.

Sweet, and how complicated is it to renew something like the brake pads and rotors? And What should it cost for all of what should need replacing? @Chibo
