Anytime I start to feel like this. Usually after a day or two of drinking I force myself to push hard. Just kind of say to myself, "look how far you have come, just do one super hard workout today and if you hate it quit." But then after I always feel great. Feel much better than drinking for two days. Gets me right back into the flow.

Yes you can. No excuses. Keep going with it, you'll regret it in a month if you stop.

Mike Larry, tonight when you're eating dinner do it with your shirt off and in front of a mirror.

If I'm not feeling motivated enough, some amphetamines and good music to get me pumped usually work pretty well.

Also, i always look at it like "really? Just do it and it'll be over before you know it. You can manage to grit through almost anything for at least an hour and the results are worth it". To be honest though lately it hasn't been an issue, but i hit slow streaks.

I look forward to doing something good for myself, enjoy working hard, love the pump afterwards, the confidence boost (not cocky though) and lately people have been starting to notice and I've been getting a lot of compliments that encourage and motivate me.

Also helps that i don't have an antenna on my TV or any form of cable or a computer. I don't waste time at home or on the couch

i dont time myself, but i'm guessing it took between 15-20 min. i need a rest of about 20-30 seconds after each "set". otherwise, my heart might explode and i'll die on the gym floor.

come on man I did it in just above 8. Time yourself. You'll know where you stand and you will try to beat yourself.

i think my form would suffer greatly if i aimed for finishing in under 10 minutes. i might even end up hurting myself

^i noticed my burpee form is a bit different from yours. after the push-up portion, i bring my legs back in under my body such that i'm basically in a crouch, and then i burst/jump up from that crouched position. it makes things slower and murders my legs (in a good way). is this wrong?
