Got the rest of the manifold roughly mocked up this weekend. I used 2" 12ga stainless mandrel bent tubing for the up pipes and they seem to be perfect for the lack of room given to make the manifold. Just a few more changes and I should have this baby installed on the car and get going on the downpipe.

Will this setup flow enough to handle a 76mm-1100+ whp?? Or would the piping need to be bigger? Tweeked a little. Lol

Intersted to see this fitted in the engine bay... curious on clearances and space. Coming along great!

From what I know making Supra manifolds, the piping should be good to at least 1000whp. I am limited on what turbo I can use with this manifold without modifying the hood. So far what I know is a PT67 with S cover will fit. I believe a PT72 can be purchased with an S cover and is rated at just under 1000hp. I have not tried to fit a larger turbo besides a GT42R and that hits the hood.

robb1887, I'm interested to see it in the engine bay also. Probably the reason I didn't fully commit to the up pipes by welding them completely up. I'm hoping to find some time this week to get it on the car.

Someone said the PT71 and PT76 are the same size...not sure if this is true however.

I don't know if you can get the 76mm in an S cover. I believe you can only get them on an H cover. I'd be willing to try it out if someone wants to send me a PT76

71 only comes in an H Cover... I think we might have one here and a 76, talk with John!

Should be the exact same dimensions.

Sorry I didn't read the whole thing, but if it works out, how many pieces are you making? You might save me from crossing over into the dark side and going 2jz.

Thanks guys. As of now I am just making this for my car so who knows where it goes from here. This manifold is as custom as it gets and won't be easy to manufacture. Not saying it's not possible, I'm just focused on finishing the project for now.

LOL, we'll see what happens. Made the intercooler today. Core is 24x10x4 and should be good for 800hp. Overall length without the inlet and outlet is 30" so it should fill up the bumper pretty good. I'm going to put a 30 degree tilt to the 3" inlet/outlet to form with the bumper, it will be nice and snug.
