I always wanted to open an italian sub shop here in NYC called Carmines (as it was my grandfathers name & resonates with Carmines family style itailan food). That's great though, if you need a website done I do that as a side business and have worked with some forum members (who I could put you in touch with) and work really reasonably. You can PM me about that if you like. Either way good luck im still a few years away from openening mine.

Update.....Ive been open for almost 5 months now. and I just opened my second location a month ago. doing great and taste great, all fresh premium meats sliced deli. I named it sub city
