Seriously. I don't get why some people take the time to make stupid replies when a constructive one would help others as well.

Clearly there's a visual difference between the SS reps and these new headers, but what wasn't clear to me is why the different shape of these headers and extra piping would make a difference, and what kind of difference that would make (power, sound, etc).
it still seems strange to me that the extra piping and looping actually produces more power than dumping the exhaust gas straight down into the collector. If they truly were equal length then maybe I could see it. Regardless, if it makes more power then wtf do I care! ![]() Sub'd, love to see a dyno at some point, and if there was a before and after comparison to the SS reps then I believe I'd chub.

It gets as close to equal kength as physically possible with our cars, so that the pulses from the exhaust create a better scavenging effect than supersprint and its reps.
Maybe 1 or 2 more or horsepower, but I think the biggest advantage will be more torque available lower in the powerband by id guess about 5 lbs ft Sent from my SPH-M900 using Bimmer App

But, your gonna need some earplugs if you run these with your TSE3 (got rid of mine partly so I could get headers). Ridiculously loud combination.

We are not sure as we still working with the manufacture on what material to use and etc. These will cost more then the SS Rep we currently sale. I would guess $350-$450. They will included Lifetime Transferable Warranty. We might offer them with OEM Gasket and Hardware as well but we will see...

The Tester will have Dyno before and after the install. Give us a week or so. Will have results soon. I am not sure the RHD will have room Could you take some pictures of the engine bay?-Anthony@BimmerBrakes |

You will LOVE the way it sounds with the Ikon. That was my favorite setup (for sound).

No, but it's a PITA install. Make sure you remove the heat shields from your gaskets. I did the whole install with a 1/4 inch socket set. (Headers to head, at least).

Will these be for 325/330 only or will there be a 323/328 option as well?

Your best option is to pay a few bucks and buy an exhaust (even stock) that'll fit a 330/325.

Necessary to remove the heat shields from the gaskets or just helps? I kind of like them, I feel they help keep heat off that VCG which might help it last longer...?
