BTW, armrest delete ftw...while you're there anyway.

Maybe order a new tray for the oddsment tray...my second favorite part name in the car!

Learn to search. We have already discussed EVERYTHING you post a new thread about.

The 'euro tray' takes the place of your cupholder and replaces it with a place to store things with a nice retractable cover.

Here: E46 Euro Tray

Adding an arm rest is one of the best modifications I've done to my car. And it is a manual.

I hated mine...and I gained a place to reach conveniently. My e36 didn't have one either...and I had to pay $100 for a new console with cupholders.

Oh, also, mine is manual and is now much quicker because I removed that armrest! I'll admit it was nice to store my wallet in, but I hardly ever used it.
And I gained an inch extra room for big feet to get by the rear of the console.

OP...realoem...probably under trim. I'll see if I can find it for mine to help you out a bit.

scroll down to center console...this is one of the pages...probably the one you want.

This costs less than $3... much better than spending $35 on something that will eventually do the same thing again. I also did this same thing to my sunglasses holder and it looks like brand new.

Get euro tray if you have manual. The cup holder gets in the way if you put a bottle in there. Awkward shifting.
And don't remove armrest, I find it necessary to put my elbow on it.

I wouldn't trade my cupholder for anything, regardless of it has the word euro in it. It conveniently holds my stuff too like phone, change, etc. I don't like the idea of having a retractable door there.. kinda feels/looks old fashioned.

My phone and sunglasses fit perfectly in the euro tray, and there's a separate coin holder anyways. In my opinion it looks a lot cleaner and modern than the open style of the cup holders (newer cars have their cup holders hidden i.e. e9x).
