This stuff is Godly. make sure you stay a good distance away when spraying. You dont want to breathe this in.

Been using it since 2005. Love this stuff. IIRC, the BMW wheel cleaner spray is a rebranded Sonax product or at least used to be.
Meguiar's Hot Rims (pink spray bottle) is also another one of my favs.

The SONAX Wheel Cleaner Full Effect is simply amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone with any wheel finish. Todd Cooperider has a great article about this product on our Ask A Pro Blog here (http://www.detailedimage.com/Ask-a-P...r-full-effect/)

We have a great promotion going on right now where you can get 2x free if you purchase 4x here - DI Packages Buy 4 Get 2 Free 500ml SONAX Wheel Cleaners.

Does anyone know what stores carry this? Was hoping to pick some up today without having to order and wait for shipping.

edit: didn't see any local stores on their site.

I've never seen it sold locally. Many online retailers have it. I ordered it from amazon when I was testing it out. The stuff is truly amazing. Same formula as the Griot's Heavy Duty Wheel Cleaner and if I'm not mistaken the Genuine BMW wheel cleaner as well.

BMW wheel cleaner may be re-bottled full effect, although I don't think so. I'll check it out. A few of BMWs car care products certainly are Sonax based.

No it's not. There have been some comparisons on ago that prove otherwise.

I actually prefer P21S gel wheel cleaner. It doesn't have the shock and awe factor, but it doesn't smell bad, if left to dwell achieves the same results, and isn't as picky about having 100% of it rinsed off. If you miss .1% of the Sonax there will be a stain until the next wash.

Sonax does smell pretty terrible, but it isn't dangerous to inhale, contrary to what some think.

Really? In all of the videos I've seen the Griot's heavy duty wheel cleaner behaves exactly like Sonax and the process seems identical to that of Sonax. The red oxidation and all. I'm sure the formula is slightly different but it can't be too far off. Also bear in mind I'm talking about their heavy duty wheel cleaner, not the BBS approved regular cleaner or chrome wheel cleaner.
