Exhaust Questiion

I was wondering: a potential trade for me came up as I was looking for a new exhaust. Was looking to get a UUC, but I have a full cat-back at the moment with custom straight pipes welded on.. no resonators . Anyways, a friend of mine has a 325i, and he was looking to purchase, and on top, his stock exhaust. From what I researched, I found that 325, matches the 330i, and 323 with the 328. Vica versa. Is this true? I scrapped my stock exhaust because it was stored outside for too long and rusted over.
So the main question is: Will a stock OEM exhaust from his 325i fit my 330i?

Yes, only difference is the muffler section. Outlet is smaller and probably more restrictive. I am running a 325i exhaust right now...
