Modbargains M3 rep bumper
About two weeks ago, my car was hit in the front and my M3 rep bumper was damaged. I contacted Elliott at Modbargains and purchased a new bumper (5/29). It was going to take about 5 business days to get to the body shop (from CA to VA). Bumper arrived early (6/4) and showed no signs of damage. The bumper does however have two tabs with holes to mount front tags. I had the body shop shave and fill the holes since I run the tow-hook mount. The body shop had no problems with the quality of the bumper or fitment. Everything slapped right in place.

I have that one too for my facelift coupe. Perfect fitment and it fit the 1-piece lip perfectly that was designed for a "real" m3 bumper. modbargains ftw.

It's good to know some businesses still value what makes a proper business - performance to the customer's expectations. There will always be some exceptions with any business due to some unknown circumstance, but overall I hear much more positive than negative about modbargains & we all know how the internet is primary a place to pitch a bee-itch so this fact alone says something about them.
Good stuff, I'll be purchasing one from them after I'm satisfied TMS & Pelican have received enough of my money for reliability based replacement parts.

E46 is strong with this one

Silver is one of the hardest things to match. Even if you detail a panel different than another one, they will look different if you look too close.

I get my car back later today from the body shop after getting my M3 rep bumpers installed. I hear a lot of people here getting rid of the license plate holder from the front bumper; do you guys not use the front license plate because your states don't require it or do you mount the plate some where else? I know a lot of people use the two hook mount which to me does not look good, not symmetric at all. Wish I could got rid of the plate all together but not possible in MN.
