What's up guys

Ive got (2) one bedroom apartments available in the Wakefield section of the Bronx. Very quiet street in an all working building.

Perks:

No street parking rules - plenty of street parking, safe block!
Small building - only building on the street surrounded by private houses.
2 block walk to 2 and 5 train.
Metro North is a few blocks away.
5 mins away from the Bx River Parkway and I-95
On the Yonkers boarder.
Building is ran by owner, not by some lame management company.
Heat and hot water included in rent.

No BS broker fees or anything. Just 1st month rent and 1 months security

1 bedroom 5th floor - $965/month - heat and hot water included.
1 bedroom 2nd floor- $ 1018/month- heat and hot water included.

No fee- just 1st months rent and 1 months security. Both apartments are freshly painted, new electric sockets w/ covers, and freshly done floors.

As I mentioned above this is an all working quiet building. No section 8 tenants or anything of that sort.

I would allow small pets. Ill be there later today or tomorrow so I'll be able to snap some pics.
