z3 m54 firmware on e46

Hello guys!
I have swapped e46 330Ci on ms43 engine.
I code dme with firmware from z3 m54b30 engin and then read maps with galetto.
Maps wery interesting. Have some tuning in vanos, injections, throttle response and ISA response.
I think we can use it in e46 ms43.
Do you have some info about power of z3 m54b30? I mean curves, because top power and torque identical to e46.
You can download firmware fith XDF file from this http://artk.pro/forum/index.php?/topic/18-chip-tiuning-dorabotka-dme-ms43/?p=115
pm me for password
Also I post some maps from this firmware

In the end of this article they are talking a little about the DME (no details or exact values, its not worth to buy it!). The z3 has a quicker response from pedal to throttle and ignition angle in accel and decel for more dynamic.

Be careful with this software on E46 because Z3 have viscotic cooling fan, i tested this software and electric fan from E46 is not working! So you can easily overheat your engine. I think best way is to flash E46 software with 64kb file from Z3, i will test it, and if everything will be ok, I'll upload this file.

PS: About engine perfomance, I have similar feeling like Artk.

Didn't helped for me, even on E46 software and 64k file from Z3 fan is not working. In attachment You have E46 and Z3 64kb files. (remove pdf extention)

Maybe problem is at line A350 and A3D0?
Attached Files
File Type: pdf e46 maps 7545671.bin.pdf (64.0 KB, 19 views)
File Type: pdf z3 maps 7545675.bin.pdf (64.0 KB, 23 views)

Set c_conf_ecf to 1; all the other electric fan maps are the same. You'll probably also want to set C_CONF_CRU_MAIN_SWI to 0 for cruise to work as intended.

There are a bunch of other config switches set differently, I'm not sure what they all do

I wonder how the euro stock tunes differ from the US versions when compared the same way? or would there be no difference from the US z3 to the euro z3?

Yes, first thing- you must activate e-cooling fan.
Also z3 have small AC compressor, like on diesel and 4cyl BMW engine. Better is use AC ZWD5 (ICV) reaction from e46 firmware.

I change throttle reaction and E-thermostat to my own configuration. Also I use my cold mechanical thermostat modification and drive two month.
Everything is great. Fuel consumption 12L\100km in city, engine T 90*C, oil T 95*C.

I write my firmware to 3 another car and owners reported improved dynamics and responsiveness of the engine
