Where is the thread regarding sedan ee tails go??

**yeah the title is retard english, too bad you cant edit the title **

I remember reading a thread or possibly just a post in a separate thread in which the user obtained eagle eye tail lights and was unsatisfied with the one missing LED so he custom added one....

Well I have the ee's as well on a sedan (looking oh so good) but idk how I feel about the missing LED in the top row of the turn signals.

It wouldn't be too difficult to figure this out myself, but I'd rather know exactly what I'm getting into before I disassemble these brand new 185 dollar tail lights.

Now, does anyone remember the title of this thread or who posted it etc? Ive tried searching (via google with the site: keyword, very effective) several combination of the following words: eagle eye LED out, custom LED, custom fix, fix, ee, etc etc to no avail. Anyone have better luck? (or memory)

Also since I have your attention here can someone clear up the basics of xenons?

Specifically: is the fx-r honestly that superior to the momo mini? I've heard many people actually prefer the mini. The fx-r 3.0 says it's smaller than the 1.1 and 2.0 models... Is it actually small enough to make the install of similar difficulty to the mini? Also what is the diff between h1 and the other options I'm down to spend some cash to update my headlights, but I want to do it the correct way with great products....but I can't what are great products lol. Thanks guys

OP, did you ever find this? I'm in the same boat, and have searched. I'm actually thinking of rewiring so that the entire top row doesn't light up. I think the bottom two rows of LEDs would look better than current setup. I don't mind the look of the missing LED except with illuminated.
