Pre-purchase Inspection Portland Oregon area?

Does anyone know of a good place in the Portland Oregon area that can do a pre-purchase inspection on a 2006 SMG M3 Convertible?

Also, does anyone know of any good indy shops I can take my M3 to for service in the future?

BTW, this is the car I'm seriously considering:

I spent about an hour looking over every square inch and this is what I found:

Missing M Mobility System
No owners manual or any documentation
Wheels have had minor curb rash removed on the out edge (all four)
Minor road rash under front and rear bumper

If you don't know anyone, a dealer is a good place for PPI. Very familiar with the vehicle. Have access to (some) service records, or, in my case, records until 6 weeks before I purchased the car Only suggestion, if there is more than 1 (and I'm assuming that would be the case in Portland), so a bit of research to find the one with the best service dept.

They will also quote dealer prices for fixing anything they find wrong, which can help with price negotiation.

I know I'm a month late on this but I'd highly recommend taking the car to AR Auto Services http://www.arautoservices.com/
I've had a PPI done there, they charge $100 (Great Price!), do a thorough job, and really know their stuff. It was the best $100 I've ever spent. Saved me a big headache and an empty wallet.

This is the only place to go in Portland. Satch Carlson goes here.

I've had great service at Matrix Integrated. They are top notch and know our vehicles.
