positive camber in M3 E46

Hello, I have a problem with the rear suspension. I changed the rear shocks and also the bushes, but right now I have a positive camber. My tires are wearing on the outside. I've been to three different alignment shops and they don't know how to fix it. One suggested to buy an after-market adjustable lower rear control arm. I was wondering if the shocks could be the reason for this positive camber,or maybe a problem with the frame. Any suggestions? Thank you!

The thing is Bavarian shop changed the bushes and told me after that I needed to change the rear lower arm control, but the control arm is not bended that's why I don't know what's going on.
