Which LEDs to get for side light & license plate?

I recently ordered dark smoked side marker lights. They didn't come with a bulb, and the oem bulb is clear. It's my understanding that I can replace them with an amber led, is that possible? I think I read somewhere that it takes a 194 style led.
Also I'd like to install led license plate lights, what bulb would that be?

The car is a 2001 330i. I'd like to order off ebay if possible.

We've got a bit of those bulbs in stock, should be a bit easier to shop with us than looking around for multiple sources!
