Did they ever say if they remove the CEL from headers with the Tune?

They can do that, I will be sending him a copy of my fault codes and he will be sending back the tune with the o2 monitoring removed. Also I'll be getting the stock version of the tune file for e-test purposes.

Dyno day is today! I work till 5 EST. Dyno is booked for 6. Supposed to be a nice cool 71 degree day today. High Humidity though, 90% right now. Even still, it should run well. It felt great this morning.
Thank you everyone who has made this financially possible/reasonable for me!

I should also clarify for those that are concerned about the temp being different today and having missed the middle of the thread, I will be dynoing with and without the tune today. This way, all factors remain constant except the tune.

Please dyno first WITH the tune. Since our computers adapt to modifications, the on/off switch with mods on a dyno can actually be misleading. For example, getting a dyno, installing a BBTB and then getting another dyno right away is not an accurate test.

Just finished, pretty crushed by the results. Seems what I felt was all in my head/ I was fooled by part throttle position tweaks.
Car made 195 whp on its best run with the epic tune. About 2-3whp more than the best non tuned run. No more low end power either, in fact on one run the stock tune made more. The only possibility that I'm hoping for is that the guy running the dyno who is a pretty well known import (not BMW) tuner mentioned the extreme whistle that my car has above 4000 rpm. I thought it was from my throttle spacer but he said it was definitely a whistle from an exhaust with a lot of restriction. I'm hoping that my car is just bottlenecked right now and the tune is not able to be a factor. Graphs to follow later tonight when I get home.

Graphs are as follows.
The first graph is the big mess of all the runs. Runs 3-8 are with the Epic tune. Runs 9-11 are the stock Euro tune, these were done after a 15-20 min cool down. The second graph is my three best of each, so runs 4-6 are with Epic tune and runs 9-11 are the stock Euro tune Last graph is best of each. Run 5 is Epic tune, Run 10 is stock Euro tune. You can tell the Epic runs pretty easily because they all go to 7k RPM. Thank you everyone again for the support! It meant so much. I'm just sorry I couldn't come back with better news.
