330ci clutch and flywheel upgrade?

My car is at 128k on original clutch. No slipping yet but it's something I'm expecting to have to deal with soonish. Are there any "might as well" kind of upgrades people bother with when they dig in there? I'm not planning on FI at this point so is there a reason I'd want to get a nonstock clutch other than that? And I have heard of lightweight fly wheels causing chatter on e46s. Is there a particular weight above which there shouldn't be any noise? Or is it basically "stock or suffer the consequences."

My Ride: nothing
I too would like to hear what people have to say about this. Read up about this on the uuc website and sounds like a decent upgrade!
