Bagging an xi!

Ok so I know I'm new to this but what ever. Can't seem to find anyone who has bagged a sedan xi. And if they have no one puts what kit they are running or any of the specifics. I own a 2002 330xi it's my daily. Stock ride hight sucks and struts are about toast. Not a fan of coils because bags just fit me better. So my question to all of you is does anyone know of an air ride kit for an xi sedan. Or has anyone done this before and if so what do I need to do to get this done. Thanks.

I have sources on coilovers for cheap, but if you're not interested in that, forum member "griffine46" is your go to guy on this. Griffin knows A LOT about Xi bags, I imagine you'll here from him soon.

Bags are a great option for the Xi models, they will help keep the stress off the front axles while driving. I know of two brands that make a bag setup for the awd models. One of which being D2, they sell a complete bag setup for $2672. I have never heard of anyone running this setup for a xi so I would get in contact with them if interested (they claim it to fit xi's and m3's). The second company that has bags for the awd modes is airlift performance. I cannot seem to find this setup on their website but a forum member from a few years ago had his wagon bagged on them.

This spring I plan on bagging my sedan as well, I emailed air lift today to find out more about their awd setup ( or if it is still available). I am hoping to get a partial sponsorship from them and having it bagged by May.
Don't cut coilovers out of the option they are a far cheaper alternative and would be far superior (performance wise) then bags. Also if this is your daily bags can give you lots of problems, cracked hoses, torn bags, ex.
I'm currently on kW coilovers and they give you a decent drop but ride fairly roughClick image for larger version

Thank you for the responses I do appreciate it I will look in to d2 and airlift but if you get a response from them soon if you could let me know what they say about still offering the kit and cost that would be awesome I'm looking to have the car on bags by this summer.

After having a conversation with air lift performance they said they do not make an xi bag setup. The rear struts, bags, and front bags that are made for the rwd e46 will work but the front struts will not.

Ok griffine46 so everything rear end will fit an xi from airlift, and everything front end will fit just not the struts. Are you still planning to run airlift? And if so what do you plan to do with the front struts?
