Thanks, the reason i put the headers in is because i am fitting the shrick cams and upgraded ess pulley this week, i have noticed the engine is a bit more responsive with the evo headers, but i installed them due to the cams really where the effect should be more noticeable

Talking

Nice!! So you are going TS2+...

As i said, i installed OEM M52 headers with 200 cell Magnaflow cats.. I noticed that the car lost a bit at low-mid and maybe gained on top.. A tune would add some hp, but iam thinking of going F/I and doing TS2+ from the beginning with a light reprofile of the OEM cams.. and maybe a UUC flywheel with M5 E34 clutch.. I also have a M3 E46 complete rear axle in my garage ready to fit..
What cam specs does ESS give for the TS2+?

S50 headers are very good.. it was difficult to fit them and i sold them.. i have a friend that is thinking of selling a set of ebay headers (from trader nas, known as the best ebay header seller) and i might take them..

Do you have any pics of the process of fitting the S50 headers to M54?

I got the FI cams Schrick 248/256, hence the need for a better exhaust flow, no point just pushing the bottleneck to the headers, I had to get a new flange cut from some oem gaskets so the evo headers could be welded on to those, the pre-cat o2 sensors were installed in the evo's existing bungs, then new bungs were welded in the old exhaust to receive the post cat o2 sensors, these will be coded out by the new ecu map from ess but have to be present for the system to see them. The fitter said they were a bugger to fit. I had to go with evo headers due to the fact nobody makes rhd except for the cheap ebay ones and i felt this would be a better route

Dont have any pics other than this

Love the car

That should be 328WHP no? BHP seems a bit low..I think that's what they put down to the wheels.
