Well thats bad i make that with a little less than half! Put some seafoam in your tank, use some 91-93 octane gas like shell chevron mobil-1 exxon or texaco, those are UNLEAD gas what you need! Also check tire pressure! It may help

Over 400 miles to the average tank? Please tell me it's all highway. If it's mixed you should be driving your car harder.

Try BG-44k injector cleaner. How many miles? Have you ever changed your plugs?

How's your traffic condition? it's crappy down here in socal but I'm still able to get 280-310 out of a tank with a/c on most of the time through 80% local and 20% highway.

Was gonna say, All highway I'm sure I'd be over 500 actual miles. Mixed is usually low 400s, and it's not like I baby it that much. I don't arse around in traffic and public, but I don't idle my way to the speed limit either.

OP, have to agree, check your plugs, I assume you've filled up a couple times since then to get any bad gas run through. Tire pressure, any extra weight in the trunk you didn't know about? There are some others, but those are the easy ones to check.

Well you have another problem with your mpg because i made a mix of 440-490mpg and i went to orlando form key-west talking around 600mpg and i almost made it with a full tank on my stick 325i! I always check my tire pressure run good gas not race it and drive it slow like a old lady you know 45mpg in city and 70mpg high-way!

Same... doing about 360-380 with dash computer usually showing between 24-26 MPG. Impressive to me. Last car was doing 18 in similar conditions lol.

I usually get about 380-420, probably a 70/30 split highway/city.

I'm averaging about 25.
I'm mostly "city" well "town" haha
But every morning I take the highway to work for a good 7 minutes. as well as home.

I don't push it hard or anything....(;

But I get 411 miles on a full tank
