depends on you roll. a lot more competitive than any other fast food restaurant as you move up. but of course 8 bucks an hour for your basic crew person. mcdonalds is awesome because depending on owner you get bonus for many different things like mystery shop scores and food cost and other things .

9.90$ day, 11.40$ nighshift before taxes and pension deduction for a basic crew member in the province of Quebec.

We have a lot of things that are limited time only, people will come to the store just to try it and I'm gonna say the obvious that it brings in money.

What do you do with the happy meal toys that you don't sell?

I have no clue.

Does Ronald McDonald swing both ways?
McDonald's Corporation doesn't support homophobia, it's up to him if he wants to come out of the closet or not.

hit the nail on the head. seasonal favorites is what builds the brand to this extent. just like mcdonalds breakfast its almost an american past time

quick fact. 70% of our business is through the drive through and 2/3'rds of our business is breakfast when it makes up about 30% of the day

thats why we don't serve breakfast all day..

also we can't serve breakfast all day without adding an extra grill for eggs which is costly, new grill= more than $13,000 because eggs cook at 265 degrees and meat and chicken is at 350/425 and the transition period is about 15 minuets which we can't operate with. ( thats the real reason )

I like the whole crew, friendly, hard working and I also take pride in my job, it helps that I'm always motivated by salary revisions and promotions. I'm probably gonna stay at Mcdonald's until I start a career after college.

Yea I understand from Crew I can go to Team leader and Trainer and Assistant Manager, General Manager all the way up to local operations and corporate, but I've always had an interest in civil engineering from early childhood.

by me it goes crew-crew trainer-manager-rdm manager-general manager-supervisor-Director of operations

u can't go to corporate unless you are working at a mc op co store which is a corporate run store and at supervisor you then go to field consultant which consults with the franchisees..

nice. hey next time you go to work ask your store manager about rdm and if they are planning on doing it in your store
