FS: e46 M3 rear seat back black leather ski passthru

I have pulled the rear seat from my 2003 m3. This is just for the seat back, I'm keeping the bottom part which is thrashed anyways. The rear part is two pieces, has the ski pass thru and is in very good condition. Black leather, no issues with the leather. The trim piece on top of the bigger section has come loose on one end (see pic), should be an easy fix. I'll willing to ship, but these two pieces weigh 36lbs together.

Looking for 75$ plus shipping; located in San Jose, CA area if you want to come by and pick it up

Nothing is broken, the plastic trim piece on top has come loose. I'm guessing shipping would be around 30$
