A warning about a shady Body Shop/BMW Restorer in NY/CT area

In case you missed the story on Jalopnik, this is a heads up about a Body Shop/BMW Restorer in the CT area who seems to have some shady business practices. He has also been banned from the R3VLimited Forums. He has some people who defend him, but others seem to think he is bad news. But, I don't think Jalopnik posts these a$$hole of the day stories without some evidence to back them up:

Here is one of the guys he screwed over while he was in the Air Force, on deployment in Afganistan, which for me makes it even worse. NO ONE should fvck with these guys, especially when they are deployed in a war zone. I have to say, the guy was way more forgiving than I could ever be, and he seems to take his Christian values very seriously:

I read the post by the soldier that got so badly ripped off. He said he will not sue this guy because of some passage in the bible.

Pathetic. A born victim. He will fight in a war but will not defend himself against the rip off merchant who screwed him 6 ways from Sunday.

Jesus Bloody Christ. Go there with a few of his soldier buddies and sort this guy out.

I just hope everyone on here has managed to avoid this jackass.
I know what you mean about the guy following a passage in the Bible that says that he should not take the guy who ripped him off to court. I am not at all familiar with that passage, and it is the first time I have ever heard of anyone who was a hardcore Christian refusing to file a lawsuit. This is all new to me. But, I have to admire someone that dedicated to his beliefs, no matter how the rest of us feel. He is a much better man than I am, and he has a level of faith that I am not sure I will ever reach. I have a lot of respect of him for that. I may not understand it, but it is hard not to respect it.
I don't think he is a born victim. He simply has a view of the world that most of us will never reach.

Perhaps you are right. I will attempt to be more tolerant.
