Should be 5.25 front/ 6.5 rear.

Nope the front could really use a 6 inch. The rears in the deck are easy to take out, but the side tweets are a pain. You gotta pull out the bottom cushion, then take out two screws in the arm rest. I'll post pics tomorrow.

Thanks a lot man! Why would BMW put smaller speakers in the front than the back? That doesn't make sense?

more space in the rear deck. The tweets are about the same size. I left my camera at home, but I'll probably go home and get it

When you say rear deck...
You mean rear deck as in the side things, like parallel with your chest? I'm talking about the cabrio. Not the hard top.

in the convert both the mid and the tweet are in the rear side panel.
