Opinions on Pelican Parts "Super Clutch Kit"?

Hey all; looking to replace my clutch, since it's on the verge of not grabbing anymore.

This question really has two parts.
  1. Is Pelican Parts' super clutch kit worth getting? (click Notes for the list of parts)
My car is in decent shape, at 88K miles. On my econoboxes I've only ever bothered with replacing the clutch, pressure plate and throw-out bearing, and I want to know if makes sense to baby my BMW with this bigger kit. Or if you recommend even more parts!
Doing the job right is a bigger deal than price for me in this case.
  2. Is Pelican a decent place to source from? They are a bit cheaper than Tischer, which is who I normally use. Any experience or other opinions?
I only need US shipping, ignore my "Location".
