I guess drew or briangle would be the cheapest and quickest of NGC. Well, maybe just briangle, since drew doesn't seem to be posting much lately.

I nominate Briangle NGC's quickest and cheapest, for whatever it's worth. Gets his brakes installed ASAP and charges the same as a laborer in front of home depot for work.
