I feel like my money is disappearing faster now that I got a job. I should have enough money to buy a TIG welding machine by now, but I'm only half way there.

I want to, but Kalim convinced me buying a TIG welder for $4000 is a better use of money since that's a purchase that can actually make money.

And here you are, one summer internship later, with only enough money to buy the box the TIG welder came in.

Hmm, I want to steal the steering rack and electric steering assist off a Subaru BRZ for my 190E.

13:1 steering ratio(more direct than an E46, almost on par with a Z4M), and it's a rear attachment to kingpin, just like my 190E, opposite of E46 but no big deal, and it's fully manual, so probably pretty affordable by itself! The electric steering assist is a small steering column mounted item.

Considering the BRZ is a $25k car, I'd think the entire steering system couldn't cost more than $2500, which is 10% the price of the car.

Not buying any new video games or movies is going to be one of my sacrifices until I buy this welder. I should probably also include no more tools, no more 190E parts. Blah...

What's your pillow talk like?

Dave: "Oh you dirty girl, get into the garage. Ok, now go over there in the corner. Now put a box on your head. Now stack some more boxes on top of yourself. Now stay there for a year."
