My Ride: mid-engine
meh, not trying to starve myself. From what i'm reading/hearing it's not about starving yourself as much as it is adjusting your body to a lower calorie intake and reteaching yourself mentally that you don't need to eat as much. I want to make lifestyle changes, not jsut temp diets. I've just heard that juicing is a good way to get started.

It takes a few minutes for your stomach to send the message to your head that you're actually full, which is why many people stuff themselves comatose before they stop eating, and by then they can't move. I say just cut back on what you eat, and drink lots of water; I don't know about having nothing but juice...

someone want to send me the p90x work out also? I think it was called that. Don't want to just involve dieting.
