That's a pretty good guide; just glanced at it since is so fvckin long, lawl, but the info is pretty spot on, from a nutritional perspective.

I'm starting to notice a trend with 190E owners; they spend more time cooking up excuses than actually working on their car.
I didn't say anything about breaking your car.

And what excuses has Ramin had with his car?

Drinking lots of juice curbs appetite quite a bit. If you just go to the fridge, and chug a few gulps of juice, it's quite satisfying and prevents you from needing a much higher calorie meal. The bad part is after like 30 minutes to an hour later you'll be hungry again, the good part is that some food going through your stomach every hour is healthy for the metabolism.

sound appetizing, yeah? Beyonce did it, so it must be good.
Your diet suggestions are always absolutely horrible. I'm surprised you haven't hospitalized yourself.

It needs some cleaning up, just like the E36 to E46 transition.

You're better off just eating than drinking juice...your sugar intake goes up but you don't feel full. They're not as healthy as you think they are, no matter what fancy stuff is printed on the label. Sugar is sugar. The main thing with many diets is keeping you just above the threshold where you're not stuffed but you don't feel the need to eat eiter, which is why anywhere you read it will say drink plenty of water, because sometimes it really is just thirst.
