It'll never appreciate in value. Can't run it because I don't have a support staff and necessary equipment. Bad investment. On the other hand that thing cost a LOT more than that to produce.

Unlike with cooking some rice and an egg, or cleaning dishes and putting away boxes with cereal, where I want to eat extra so I'm not hungry again in an hour.
