yep,, miid thirties. Have owned 2 companies in the past 12 years.
made a sh1t ton in real estate and lending. Then invested wisely. I still run my company, write loans and make money. I don;t get paid to post here. I get paid while posting here. My company runs itself. Plus I close loans while I am posting here.

I got the car for a steal. I did a loan for a guy , and I had him give me the car and I paid him another 17k.
Sold it almost 3 years ago. I have become more practical as I have gotten older.
